Partial crowns

If a tooth is damaged or has significant defects, partial crowns must replace the existing cavity or damage. Inlays are not very helpful in these cases and can no longer guarantee a long-term solution.

Unlike a full crown, a partial crown, as the name suggests, does not cover the entire surface of the tooth. The areas to be treated are bonded to the remaining tooth structure, thus protecting the rest of the tooth. First, the decayed areas are removed, and then a digital photographic impression is taken. The ceramic crown is then digitally created using our CEREC system and subsequently bonded to the area being treated.
