Dear patients,

We operate on an appointment-only basis and make every effort to minimize waiting times. Please don't keep us waiting either, as we prepare thoroughly for your treatment and reserve your personal appointment time.

Based on § 615 of the German Civil Code (BGB), we charge a reasonable cancellation fee for unexcused no-shows, the amount of which depends on the complexity of the treatment. (Cancellation of the appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance) .
