We operate on an appointment-only basis and make every effort to minimize waiting times. Please don't keep us waiting either, as we prepare thoroughly for your treatment and reserve your personal appointment for others.

For unexcused absence from our joint agreement without prior notice (24 hours' notice), we will therefore charge a compensation fee of €40.
